Teachers Experience in the Arctic

Dr. Judith A. Curry is supervising a high school science teacher from North Carolina as part of the NSF Teachers Experience in the Arctic (TEA) program. The TEA program enables teachers to become immersed in a Polar expedition and then to take the experiences and insights gained in the field and share them with their students. This project is an investigation of potential applications of small unmanned aerial vehicle in wildlife management and in the support of subsistence hunting activities of the Inuit.
