Applications & Decision Support
Overview
Applications of research in earth and atmospheric sciences is used widely to support decision making for public policy, economic development, public health, disaster management, and resource management. In developing decision support resources, EAS collaborates with a variety of institutes and centers at Georgia Tech and Emory: the Georgia Water Resources Institute, Institute for Sustainable Technologies and Development, Strategic Energy Initiative, Institute for Economic Development, Air Resources Engineering Center, Georgia Transportation Institute, and the Emory School of Public Health.
